DailyDrawings (“the App”) provides daily drawing prompts, lets signed-in users upload artwork to prompt feeds, and offers an optional Premium library. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, why it is used, which service providers support the App, and the choices available to you.
Information We Process
• Drawings or other artwork you upload, plus the prompt, difficulty, upload date, and account associated with the submission.
• Messages and information you choose to send when requesting support.
DailyDrawings uses the following service providers:
• Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded artwork files. The App uses time-limited signed links when loading or exporting library artwork. Privacy information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
• RevenueCat processes the App user identifier and subscription product, entitlement, purchase, renewal, cancellation, and expiration status needed to provide Premium. Privacy information: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/
• Apple processes App Store purchases and payment information. DailyDrawings does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Apple privacy information: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
These providers may process standard request and security logs, such as IP address, app or device version, timestamps, and identifiers needed to deliver the service, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. DailyDrawings does not use advertising trackers, does not sell personal data, and does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, health data, or the contents of other files on your device.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate accounts; provide prompts, uploads, feeds, moderation, Premium library, export, restore, and subscription-management features; maintain security; respond to support; and operate and improve the reliability of the App and its daily prompt service. We do not sell your information or use your artwork for advertising.
User-Generated Content and Premium Library
Artwork submitted to a current daily prompt feed is visible to other signed-in users, together with the associated account name. Free-account uploads are normally removed by the automated daily cleanup. Moderation or account deletion may remove content sooner.
Premium keeps submitted artwork accessible in the account’s personal Library and protects it from routine daily cleanup while the entitlement remains active. The Library view is private to the signed-in account, but artwork may also have appeared in the shared prompt feed when it was originally posted.
Premium users can export their library from Library or Settings. The App creates a ZIP containing artwork, a manifest, and a README, then opens the iOS share sheet so the user can choose a destination, including an installed cloud-storage app. DailyDrawings does not receive the exported copy or control the destination selected in the share sheet.
